It is Emma’s core responsibility, as Digital Producer, to ensure that each subject matter expert on the project is moving forward as an aligned unit in accordance with the project’s objectives and constraints. Emma is adept at unpacking the requirements in a brief and working with key stakeholders to define outputs, approaches and budgets. As the point of contact for clients, she works closely with the team to ensure key project milestones are met and progress updates are communicated. Her expertise as a client advocate and technical lead enables her to make the tough decisions necessary to ensure the project not only meets but exceeds its objectives. Emma excels at stepping into clients’ shoes and building long-lasting relationships with stakeholders along the way. She believes that in order to do this you must have honest and clear communication. She is a strong project lead who will never leave you in the dark and who uses her critical thinking skills to achieve the best results for your business. For Emma, success is continuous learning and improvement; she does this by placing high value on being a coach and mentor to the team whilst creating and executing an achievable game plan ensuring to analyse and adjust where needed. One of Emma’s greatest joys is seeing the look on a client’s face when they receive an outstanding product.
