Therapy Finda’s core goal was to revolutionise how people connect with allied health services. They envisioned a website that was not just a directory, but an intuitive, professional, and comprehensive platform that would empower users to easily discover, compare, and select the best healthcare providers tailored to their unique needs.The key priorities included:

The process
Butterfly’s approach involved close collaboration, starting with initial consultations and translating the vision into wireframes and visual designs using Figma. The platform was built on WordPress, leveraging the power of the Directories Pro plugin and the dDoctors theme to deliver advanced directory features like robust search, multi-criteria filtering, and secure payment integration.The development journey navigated several technical and design hurdles. Notably, the team faced challenges related to the limitations of the third-party theme, which required frequent adjustments and persistent troubleshooting to achieve the client’s desired functionality. Additionally, managing the Google Maps API permissions and resolving multiple listing bugs required collaborative testing and focused effort.Throughout the process, quality assurance was prioritising through comprehensive internal testing, with the client conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using BugHerd for structured, real-time feedback. This rigorous process ensured the final product was functional and aligned with Therapy Finda’s vision before deployment.

The new Therapy Finda website is a fully functional, professional, and user-friendly platform that successfully meets the client’s initial goals.Key deliveries include:
